WBI's Reverse Circulating Jetting Tool is specifically designed for reverse cleanout applications on coiled tubing or jointed pipe. The tool provides the operator with the ability of either jetting conventionally to break-up any compact sand or debris and also to reverse circulate through the workstring for more efficient removal of sand or debris.
When reverse circulation is performed the flapper valve is in the open position providing a large unrestricted thru-bore. In the event that a hold-up is encountered due to a hard bridge or compacted debris then forward circulation will cause the flapper valve to close re-diverting the flow to the jetting nozzles.
The tool is fitted with specially engineered jet nozzle inserts for maximum jetting efficiency and performance. The jet nozzles are fully interchangeable and available in a large selection of sizes to suit each application.
The tool can be manufactured in various sizes and with nozzle configurations to suit the required operational parameters. Various rotary connections can also be provided to suit the customer's requirements.
