Wellbore Intervention's SpinCat Rotating Wash Tools provide a simple, self-rotating solution for downhole jetting operations. Rotational speed is controlled by the viscous fluid governor to maximize jet power delivered to the tubing wall. By using only a few rotating jets, nozzle size can be maximised for increased cleaning performance.
The replaceable jets are extremely efficient and provide the ability to clean within recesses and irregular surfaces without damaging the completion components. Nozzle size and configuration is designed to suit each specific application using the latest flow modelling software. A selection of nozzle sizes are available.
